Early access / closed beta

Founding Families

We are inviting the first families to shape MTFDX Kids. We publicly recruit 30 families, then select 20 for the free closed beta.

What Founding Families is

A participatory programme that designs and validates a new family product together with its earliest households. It is a partnership, not a discount scheme.

Why we are recruiting now

The product is pre-release, at the stage where direction can still change substantially. Household voices now shape safety, learning and exploration priorities the most.

Current product stage

Early access

This programme is early access (closed beta). It is pre-release, and capabilities unlock in phases.

Scope of the closed beta

We publicly recruit 30 families, and after review invite 20 into the beta. Available capabilities are limited and expand in phases.

What families can experience

Early safety, learning and exploration capabilities, the guardian settings and consent flows, and the feedback mechanism.

What is not yet available

In development

Not all product modules, store distribution, the full learning engine or external integrations are available yet. Availability is always shown honestly on each product page.

Feedback we ask of participants

A few short surveys each month, an optional online interview, and reports of bugs or friction. You can pause at any time.

Data and privacy boundary

The application collects only a contact email, region, household band and a child age band. We never collect a name, birthday, school, photo or precise location.

Child safety boundary

Child-facing features are guardian-led and consent-based, and children's data is never used for advertising or growth targeting. Safety policy is published in the trust centre.

Free rules

The closed beta is free of charge. No fee is charged for use during the beta.

Founding Families benefit after release

After general release, Founding Families keep free access for a defined period. The length and conditions are confirmed in the official notice.

  • Any region is welcome, provided the age band and household band can be answered accurately.
  • Willing to take part in a few feedback rounds each month.

Selection rules

We review applications and balance region, age band and household band. It is not first-come-first-served or a lottery; fit and diversity are prioritised.
